Refund policy

ALCOHOL RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

We want you to love your order and assist you with any issues that may come up. Please recognize that shipping alcohol is highly regulated on both federal and state levels, which means the options for returns and refunds may not be the same as other consumer products. 

 


Order Cancellations

Alcohol sales through this site are considered final sale. Once payment has been processed and an order has entered fulfillment, the purchase is considered final and non-cancellable. Returns or cancellations for preference or change of mind are not accepted and will not be refunded.

Due to federal and state regulations, alcoholic beverages may not be returned once shipped and delivered, except where required by law. We may replace or refund products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. 

If access to our services is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued.

Undeliverable Orders

If a shipment cannot be successfully delivered, the carrier will return the order to our fulfillment facility. We provide shipment notifications and tracking details to help prevent this. If an order is returned due to failed delivery, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Reship the order: Additional return and reshipping fees apply, or,

  • Refund: Receive a refund for the product cost only. All outbound and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


Failure to Retrieve from Carrier Access Point

If an order is shipped directly or redirected to a carrier access point and is not collected within the carrier’s designated holding period, the customer is responsible for all fees associated with the return and any subsequent reshipment or holding fees.

 


Refused Deliveries

Refusal of a shipment at delivery will result in additional fees. The customer will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and any fees required to reship the order. Charges will not be refunded for refused orders.

 


Returned Shipments

All shipping-related expenses—including original shipment, return shipment, and any reshipment—are the responsibility of the customer. Alcoholic beverages may not be returned by customers, except where required by law. Charges will not be refunded for eligible returns.

 


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us at info@drinkwildtide.com within 3 business days. Clear photographic evidence of the damage is required for assessment.

  • Verified product loss due to shipping damage or defective products will be replaced or refunded in an amount equal to the damaged or missing product.

  • Claims submitted without photographic documentation cannot be evaluated and will not qualify for replacement.

*Please Note: Cosmetic damages that do not affect product integrity (ie. dented, scratched, or otherwise cosmetically unpleasing) are not eligible for replacement or refund.

 


Delivery Address Changes

If a delivery address needs to be updated after an order is placed, any resulting fees—including shipping and applicable taxes—are the customer’s responsibility. Address changes are only permitted within the same state as the original order. Modifying an address may also cause delivery delays.

 


Subscriptions & Memberships

Orders containing subscription products are not eligible for returns or refunds for shipments that have already been delivered.

  • Prepaid memberships: Customers who prepay for a fixed number of shipments may cancel at any time and receive a refund for any unfulfilled shipments remaining in the original order.

  • Ongoing memberships: Customers billed on a per-shipment basis may cancel at any time without penalty. Refunds, if applicable, apply only to the most recent damaged or undeliverable shipment.

  • Undeliverable shipments: If three (3) consecutive shipments are returned due to undeliverable addresses, ongoing shipping issues, or damages, we reserve the right to cancel the membership. Prepaid memberships will be refunded for any unfulfilled shipments. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer prior to cancellation.

*Please Note: If a customer does not respond to at least three (3) contact attempts, the membership may be canceled without refund.

 


Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on gift cards.



MERCHANDISE RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

We want you to love your merch, but we understand that adjustments are sometimes necessary.

 


Returns

Merchandise may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery. To initiate a return, email info@drinkwildtide.com. A prepaid return label will be provided. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus:

  • The cost of the return label

  • Any discounts, promotions, or credits applied to the original purchase

 


Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within thirty (30) days of delivery. To request an exchange, email info@drinkwildtide.com.

  • Same item (size/color changes): Items must be returned in Like-New Condition*. Customer is responsible for all return and reshipment shipping fees, which must be paid prior to shipment of the replacement item.

  • Different item: Items must be returned in Like-New Condition*. A refund will be issued for the original purchase price, less return shipping and any applied discounts. A new order must be placed and paid for separately.

*Like-New Condition means unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with original tags attached.

*Please Note: Items not meeting these requirements are not eligible for exchange or refund.
